Q: I have really sensitive skin. Will this line be safe to try?
A: Yes! Our whole line was created to help out reactive skin that was ready to give up on just about everything. To be extra safe, feel free to test any new product by applying it on the inside of your elbow, and leaving it there for 24 hours.
Q: Is everything truly plant-based?
A: Really and truly, yes! That said, we think science is awesome. We're just better with the natural stuff you can pick from a garden.
Q: Are you paraben, gluten, dye, synthetic and cruelty-free?
A: Yup. The only animals we test on our ourselves.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Don't like it? Don't keep it! Reach out, we'll send over a return label. Once we receive the product, we'll process your refund.
Q: Why does the oil I received look and smell slightly different than the one I purchased a month ago?
A: We use ingredients from living things and, like us, plants and flowers aren't always the same, all of the time. We embrace that. Additionally, we prepare everything one small batch at a time which can also cause minor differences.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: To you, wherever you are.
Q: What happened to The Face Oil and Potions?
A: While we no longer carry them as part of our regular line, if you're a fan, we'll happily make some just for you. Send us an email, DM, or singing telegram (please do this) and let us know what you'd like.
Q: Did any of your formulas change?
A: Nope! We've renamed The Hair Oil "That One Summer" and The Body Oil "Gardens at Midnight". Actually, we did make That One Summer smell a little more summery. We think you'll love.
